Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digitalfreedomblueprint.com (the "Site"), operated by Digital Freedom Blueprint ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof—are owned by Digital Freedom Blueprint, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

  • Any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents
  • Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
  • Any derivative use of the Site or its contents
  • Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
  • Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site.
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Copy or adapt the Site's software, including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, or other code.

User-Generated Content

The Site may contain message boards, forums, comment sections, or other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials ("User Contributions").

Any User Contribution you post will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting User Contributions, you grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant the license above.
  • All of your User Contributions comply with these Terms.

We have the right but not the obligation to monitor, edit, or remove any User Contributions. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Contributions posted by you or any third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content ("Third-Party Content") that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Content. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any Third-Party Content.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any Third-Party Content.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Freedom Blueprint and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Digital Freedom Blueprint.
